I give this place a 5 star overall as it’s the perfect location on a beautiful beach. Restaurant's on both sides of the property. Walking distance to many restaurants which were all fabulous. The Property… I would give it a 4 star as it could use some upgrades. We did not cook as it was our intentions to eat out. Saying that the kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, utensils and pans. Most importantly… Vasiliy was an amazing host. Very responsive, kind and fulfilled all our requests. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday !!!

Love the scenery very peaceful and the sound of the ocean waves makes it feel even more peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Chef was amazing. Everyone was very nice and make me and my family at home. Host always made sure we were safe. Lots to do right on the beach they have a lot of options. Thank you so much I would definitely visit this place again.

Spectacular location and view. Very clean and has all the basics. Not a luxurious condo but the location makes up for it. Some really nice beach restaurants a very short walk away. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect for us.

The location was beautiful. Right on the beach, very peaceful. Apartment was clean and host was always available. Apartment is a little dated but fulfilled our needs. We did see several bugs after the first day, similar to other reviews. We brought bug spray, and there was some provided. Bring mosquito repellant. The local workers on the beach are quite persistent, as others have described. Traveling in an uber was difficult because location is hard to find. We walked to the store to make it easier. Restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk depending on where you go and your pace. Overall nice stay, beautiful views. The bugs could be a deterrent. We stayed for 4 days, used the A/C while sleeping in all 3 rooms, and utilities came out to around $60. Also note, once you book, you'll get several calls from them if you want help to book excursions and activities. Hopefully, they'll implement an opt in system in the future, as they were frequent calls and we ended up not wanting to do any.

The rental property met all our expectations and was exactly as promised. Our rental agent, Nika, was extremely welcoming and made the whole experience smooth and friendly. If I return to the Dominican, I would stay here again.

The accommodations were clean, spacious and up to date. The patio provides a terrific ocean view accompanied by a constantly blowing ocean breeze. The beach and pool are just a few steps away. The location is within walking distance to local bars and restaurants, including beach-side restaurants on either side of the property. It is within a short walk on the beach to a pier that provides transportation by ship to excursions. The host was always responsive to any issues that arose during our stay, including an unanticipated weather-related incident. A highly recommended, conveniently located, fairly-priced and enjoyable experience.

Beste Vasilly, we hebben het erg fijn gehad direct aan strand 50 meter en we zwemmen in het rond in het warme water. Alles was aanwezig we komen zeker terug, Vadim jou collega die alles regelde was zeer behulpzaam hij had alles goed verzorgd. Voor mensen die graag wandelen op het strand of middags lekker willen gaan eten is dit de juiste plek binnen de 1000 meter genoeg aan bars restaurants te vinden. Ook de supermarkt is in de buurt, bewaking op het terrein, we voelden ons overal veilig ook buiten het complex. Punta Cana is lekker warm witte stranden gewoon een keertje doen als je rust wilt hebben. Bedankt Marcel

We had an amazing stay at Nadia's Airbnb. The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, the breeze and the sound of the waves was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and Nadia's hospitality made it a nice experience. It was a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Punta Cana. Highly recommended!

Our stay was incredible. The ocean views and sunset’s were amazing. There are so many activities to do in Punta Cana and especially on the Beach front. Our Taxi driver got lost on the way to Nadia’s, and her helpful staff, drove to find us and guide us to the unit. We will definitely be back.

Todo fue excelente. El departamento es maravilloso una excelente vista y ubicación, puedes accesar a la playa y restaurantes en segundos, está súper completo yo y mi familia pasamos momentos inolvidables digno para recordar. Puntos a mejorar son los aires acondicionados los cuales enfrían pasadas 2horas (destacar que se paga por la luz que consumas) y de deben ser claros con las tarifas extras por mascotas. En general volvería sin dudarlo.

This property deserves 5* and more. location is absolutely excellent, you will stay in one of the most clean and beautiful Beach of PC, right in front of the property! you don't even have to pack, walk out and enjoy the sun, the ocean laying in the white sand. Neighborhood is safe, have a few restaurants and bars a few blocks away. So you don't need any car! The entire team is excellent, communication is great and property mngr fabulous. We had an issue with the tv controller and she fixed it in no time. If you are looking to stay in PC. rich out to them, and locked the unit. you won't regret it! I will definitely stay here again!
