Ocean View Penthouse Right on Bávaro Beach, Punta Cana

Great place to stay at if you’re in Punta Cana, super great for bringing the entire family. Great location, super clean, easily responsive hosts if you have any questions. Overall, I give this place a 5 star review and will return in the future!

This place was exactly like it was described in the listing. We loved everything about the home, especially the location and balcony. We stayed on the upper deck and the balcony without having to actually go down to the beach with all the people selling different items. The restaurants were very good and close by. We will definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Punta Cana area. We will be back soon.

Vasiliy and his team were very nice and accommodating with our check in and out. The condo was amazing!! Loved having a nice well appointed bathroom in each bedroom. Plenty towels provided - bath and beach. And king beds!! We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have all of the amenities you would need. There is a purified water dispenser which was a welcome plus!! I also liked that there is an elevator since it is on the 5th floor. For longer stays there is a washing machine. The view from the living room, master bedroom and adjoining terrace is spectacular!! Looks right onto the ocean. No air condition needed - just open the patio doors. The breeze was lovely. There are a some beach restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

As far as location nothing is closer to the beach. Plenty of room for 4 couples with outstanding views of beach. It would be nice if there were more beach chairs to use as the ones you can use run out. And neighboring places won’t let you use their chairs. On first night was worried because ac in three rooms quit but I believe it was do to a questionable power grid because lights flickered a while. Worked rest of week though. Host was always quick to respond to my text. Overall very happy with the week although I recommend bottled water as many recommended not not drink water.

Great stay!

Great location and good property. Only issues was that the prearranged airport pickup never came, AC in one bedroom failed (was quickly repaired), but the hot water in showers smelled strongly of rotten eggs (the whole stay). Not sure that is an issue with property, it could be local water issue. Otherwise everything else was fine, and the view from the terrace was outstanding and could not be better. So, overall a recommended property.

Would absolutely recommend this stay. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. The place was clean. The host offered recommendations, was kind and extremely responsive. I would give this 6 stars if I could.

What a beautiful place. The views were absolutely amazing. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. I could not ask for more. I don’t see going anywhere else when we return.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Penthouse with beach view. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The house itself was fine. The pictures certainly looked better than the actual house. Inside the house could use some updating but again, not bad overall. There was a distinct smell from the water, but the host explained that since the house was so close to the beach, there was nothing that could be done. The outdoor space is great. It could use newer beach chairs/ beds - the ones present were old and unkempt. The hosts, Vinny and Nika, were excellent. They were extremely responsive before and during the trip. They help coordinate transportation, excursions, and find local food options. The responsiveness alone would be a good reason for me to book this property or one similar by Vinny and Nika - 5 stars on responsiveness. Overall, it was a good experience and would book it again for the price we paid.

Our stay was great and the place was right by the beach. Additionally, the host was very responsive. He was flexible, and understanding. We unfortunately had to leave from our vacation much earlier than expected due to unrelated circumstances, but we still had an enjoyable trip.

I had an incredible stay at this Punta Cana Airbnb property. The stunning ocean views were mesmerizing, making it the best property in the area. The tastefully decorated interior and top-notch amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable experience. The outdoor terrace was the highlight, offering a breathtaking setting to unwind. The location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful beaches and local markets. The host's exceptional hospitality made my stay memorable. Lovely stay

Nadia was a great host and was very responsive and helpful leading up to my stay and during. It was such a beautiful spot!

This apartment is immaculate! Larger than the pictures lead on, and the view over the beach is undersold! I stayed with 3 friends, or 4 total guests and we had plenty of space and our own private bathrooms. Top floor of the building with private roof & terrace make for a real presidential feel! I was stuck in the small elevator for about 15 min with 2 others, but FAIR Warning, only 2 people at a time, it’s a lot to take in during the walk through. I was surprised that someone, Nika, shows up to walk through the entire unit with us before we could begin our stay. But it’s a helpful measure. She also does a walk through before the end of your stay- and she is very thorough in her assessment. All in all, it’s a great stay and experience! I’d love to return and stay longer than the 1 night that I had there.

This condo has an absolutely beautiful view of the beach. Great privacy and the top deck access is an amazing place to relax out of the beach crowd. If beach and ocean is what you are looking for, this is the place. Within walking distance of numerous very good restaurants. Read the info the host has posted carefully, though, as the tap water in Punta Cana is not potable and the sewer system has limitations. We had. Great time and felt very much at home. The views of the beach and sunrise are unmatched!!

This place was SPECTACULAR!! We loved the view and couldn't get enough of it! We didn't want to leave! We loved every minute of our stay...the restaurants within walking distance were fantastic (especially La Brujah, L'Osteria for pizza, Joy for breakfast)! Another great place was Kat's Corner for drinks and live music! The beach was phenomenal and there is a fun bar next door. Water sports are all over the place on the beach and you can just schedule it that day. We went through Vasiliy's team with other excursions, Asya helped us, they scheduled a buggy ride, dolphin excursion and private catamaran and all was perfect. If I had a question, they would answer right away...when we wanted to go to the Blue Mall, Asya organized it for us last minute! This was the best family vacation we have had and we would love to come back again! Con was the electric bill, expensive for what we thought we used, but it was the trip of a lifetime for sure!
