Ocean View Penthouse Right on Bávaro Beach, Punta Cana

Great apartment with amazing view and location. We stayed with eight people for five nights and really enjoyed the outside areas and the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely unique and probably unparalleled on the entire beachfront - we walked several kilometers on the beach and were still convinced that we had the best place. All other houses around are lower in height, the only thing you see is the top of palm trees and the sea. Anna, the object‘s manager, was very nice and responsive and helped us with several inquiries. That being said, the apartment has a higher potential if smaller details would be improved. It seems quite frequented and a little investment in thorough cleaning, better/more kitchen equipment and new furniture would probably be a good idea. BBQ outside was a different than on pictures. Some sheets and towels were stained, which is also quite unnecessary in an apartment like this. Some insects, but Anna reacted promptly and sent someone to deal with it, and you probably have to expect that in the DR. Watersports offer right in front of the apartment is nice, we rented kayaks, katamarans and went snorkeling. The beach was never full and we always found beds to use outside. The area of Los Corales seemed very safe and we felt comfortable visiting the supermarket or restaurants at night. All in all we would definitely recommend the apartment and we had a great time, but minor improvements would raise it to a really excellent level.

This place is great. Exactly as pictured. The location is key; very accessible and close to all activities. If you want to grab a bite the best place is outside of the condominium, there is something like a food truck court and you can find everything from Sushi, Venezuelan Cachapas to Dominican Cuisine. We were sad we only found it on our last night there. There is also a quaint Italian restaurant inside the resort space where you can grab some pizza. We arrived late at night so we ended up eating at the Italian restaurant the first evening. We explored outside the next days. The pool and the beach are a hop and a skip away. Note the pool closes at 7pm. We were happy to have the kids go down to the beach and watch them from the terrace. I woke up every morning to watch the sun rise and enjoyed every moment of it. Very tranquile! Anna and Vasiliy were very responsive, communicative and helpful. They helped arrange transportation from the airport and also to our next destination. The drivers were timely and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.

Vasiliy and Anna were perfect hosts. After accommodating me and my guests on very short notice, they checked in throughout the day to ensure that we remained pleased with our stay and offered useful tips regarding the area and travel accommodations upon request. After a rocky start to our trip to Punta Cana, Vasiliy and Anna saved the day. Not to mention, the views from the living room, master bedroom, and rooftop are simply unrivaled! We took tons of pictures on the premises because the place was so picturesque. Additionally, this location is literally 10 footsteps from the beach. The neighborhood is brimming with great restaurants within walking distance. All in all, our stay was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much, Vasiliy and Anna!

The place was very beautiful and looks just like the photos from the Air BNB page. Views from the living room, master bedroom, balcony and rooftop are truly amazing. The condo is also located inside of a gated community (there are two security gates and multiple security guards) which is something that I would highly recommend if you are not staying at a resort, and even moreso if you have a group of women traveling together (I'm a man). There is also a great restaurant (Soles) on the beach next to the building and plenty of water / beach activities available in front of the building, so you never feel like you're missing out by not staying at a resort. Just remember to never accept stated prices from local beach vendors, as you can get everything for 50% or less of the price the vendor is telling you. For example, a beach vendor tried charging $100 USD for photos with exotic animals but i was able to get the pictures for $10 USD after haggling. Could have probably gone lower but i didn't want to waste any more time.

Amazing location

This will he the place for me anytime I am in Punta Cana! The views are magnificent! We never closed the windows. Anna was on point with everything and gave quick responses to all of our request. I appreciate Vasily for his hospitality and will definitely suggest this place for romantic getaways as well a great experience with family and friends.

That was just an amazing stay! Vasiliy and his team are working hard to make you feel like in paradise. They are always available to help you with advice and recommend you best places to visit. The apartment is like in the movie. Huge, spacious, tidy, with a breathtaking view! Vasiliy also found a cook for us who made a delicious dinner!

Vasiliy and Anna were by far the best communicating Airbnb hosts I've ever had. Every message before and during the trip received a reply within a matter of minutes. Really exceptional service. They were so helpful in arranging transportation throughout my trip and also very accommodating of my many questions prior to arrival about the amenities and various nearby activities. The pictures make this seem a bit newer and more modern than it is but overall still a beautiful unit with fantastic location just 5 steps from the beach. There were some minor cleanliness issues (sand and dust on floors, bedsheets that had some stains) but some of that to be expected with a house right on the beach exposed to the elements. We did find some ants on one bed and a cockroach in the kitchen - again to be expected with a tropical location but still not great. Vasiliy was incredibly quick to help though and sent a cleaning crew immediately which was very much appreciated. Overall highly recommend this place. Perfect for 8 people. Any more and some folks will be on a mattress in the living room. Location is fantastic with good restaurants nearby (Soles, Wacamole, Joy).

Fantastic location right on powdery sand beach with warm water. Two large terraces with gorgeous views of the ocean, dining table for outside eating, and spectacular sunrises and night skies. Main great room has two window walls with cooling breezes flowing through that eliminated the need for AC except for those who like it at night in their bedroom. Vasiliy and Anna were outstanding in their communications, and Vasiliy replies immediately when you contact him. Both were extremely helpful with arranging shuttles, excursions, etc. They also provided pure drinking water for us for the entire stay. There is a spa offering massages and health treatments just a couple minutes walk down the block, and also some nice eateries and the small town a short walk away (5-20 minutes).

Spectacular views with gorgeous beachfront location!!! Centrally located in the middle of a pristine beach with all inclusive resorts on both sides, this penthouse apartment includes the entire 5th floor of the building with a private rooftop terrace. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included as well. Anna kindly lined up transportation from the airport and we did not need to rent a car as we walked to fine dining down the beach to Jellyfish restaurant and up the beach to TOC taco bar beach front restaurant for fish tacos and breakfast. Also just behind the building down the lane is Popsicles- fantastic breakfast and popsicles, and awesome pizza at the Italian restaurant. WE walked through the village to grocery shop. The streets are a mess with much construction, once you leave the guarded gated community. We did use the air conditioning only in bedrooms at night to sleep as it was very hot and humid in September, costing an additional $130 for 6 nights. The locals on the beach try to get you into their shops and are quite aggressive but really very friendly once you engage in conversation. We knew all their names after a week of daily beach walking: There was Tony downstairs, Tony next door, cheapy Tony, and Santa Clause. FYI Never pay asking price! They expect to bargain. Its kinda fun once you get the hang of it. I do recommend the boat excursion taking you snorkeling and to the shark petting ocean pool. You can bargain down from $50 per head.

Amazing views !!! The staff was extremely prompt and courteous! They were there anytime we needed them! Our group had such a great relaxing vacation especially since we were just steps away from the beach! Would definitely stay again !
