    Good location and host was extremely flexible and easy to communicate with which was much appreciated. Electricity prices seemed a little high given nightly rate a little expensive and kitchen amenities/photos could be more up to date. Overall a nice place for a large group.

    The place was located exactly where the description said, it looked like the pictured and it was very comfortable and clean. The host is very nice and patient. I would definitively visit again!

    This location was excellent and will be staying here for my next visit. The only issue I had was that they try to charge me $20 extra for utilities and I only stayed there for 1 night not to mention the power went out twice (it happens so wasn’t mad about that) . I think you should just have all this included in the price if that’s the case. But other than that it was really nice

    Fantastic stay! Location is excellent- it’s right on the beach and walking distance to various bars and restaurants. The view from the patio is picturesque- the pictures don’t do it justice!

    Loved everything about the place. It had a spectacular view from the balcony and the beach was literally five steps (or three steps if you hope ????) away. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Both Alberto and Anna were very courteous and responded instantaneously whenever we had any questions. Definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a fun and clean place to stay.

    Vasiliy and his team are great communicators and very fast. The apartment's A/C units did not work well and there was a not a great smell. However, it is absolutely beautiful and he and his team are very nice and professional.

    Best sunrises that I’ve ever seen. Place was in a great location directly on the beach. We spend most of our time on the balcony enjoying the views. Soles Bar and Grill is a great place to eat next door. Anna was great to set us up excursions and transportation. Small issue with the A/C that was taken care of right away. Overall great place to stay!

    Un lugar ideal para el descanso. Los amaneceres mas increíbles que haya visto y el ambiente en general de la zona es perfecto. La mayor ventaja, puedes estar en la Playa hasta que te canses sin restricciones de horario!!

    This place is great! I think that the rate for the electricity is a bit high, but this place is just awesome! Definitely plan to return here when I go back to visit family!

    My stay at Vasilly's place was amazing and that would be an understatement..I am a difficult guest to impress, but Vasilly's Place was just as described, spacious, lux. The view to beach as well as lots of natural light was just unbelievable.. Anna, was always attentive, professional and always making sure we were happy and comfortable with our stay.. Staying right at the beach is a bonus and a must.

    Beautiful large patio with an amazing view was why we chose this location. It is on the 4th floor and you only have stairs to access the apartment so this may be a problem for some but Vasily makes that clear to everyone. No cleaning services were performed during our 5 night stay. The AC is not so strong and as a result we left it on. We were surprised to be charged $169 for 5 days of electricity so this was our one disappointment as we were told to expect $5 - $6 per day not $35. Nicolas helped us with check-in and Ana provided some helpful local tips so we very much appreciate the communication and the suggestioms

    Un lugar muy hermoso y espacioso. Un apto muy moderno con buenas decoraciones y una hermosa vista al mar, y el ambiente y los alrededores son espectaculares. Ademas de buenos comentarios para Vasiliy por siempre estar pendiente a nosotros y ser flexible. Muy recomendado.

    My entire family loved this property- which is rare. The space was comfortable and in a great location. Anna had great tips for dining and was available for any questions.

    Over all was good, location, space. Be aware of the electricity bill, around $55 dollars a day, for me. The view is amazing.
