    Vasily and Anna were able to accommodate all our requests. We have booked this house for 12 nights. Vasily was able to answer all my questions right away and able to accommodate 2 separate groups of people from different parts of the world to make our vacations and family reunion simply perfect. My family has arrived from Europe 5 days earlier than our group from USA. There was no issue with a very late check in and it was quick. The house is located in the best possible location with a butiful views. We have encountered some little issues but Vasily and team were able to fix the problems right away. In addition, they provided a crib and a baby chair for my 17 months old daughter. Thank you! Anna

    The view and being steps from the beach is awesome. Communication with Vasiliy and Anna are outstanding. Anything we needed was taken care of very quickly. The place was nice and needs a few tweaks. Anna and Vasiliy were great at listening to our needs and helping us with accommodations.

    The pictures do this place justice (well done Visily & Anna) - it's right on the beach with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The front partially covered porch was a great place to hang out overlooking the beautiful beach - a sweet spot to catch the morning sunrise over the ocean too. The kitchenette was on the smaller size but served us well. The AC units cooled well and ran very quietly (not the kind that wakes you every time the compressor kicks in) The mattresses were about average for an AirBNB. The main TV is awesome - large HD screen with a full range of channels. We were very happy with the place - it's a great value right on a stunning beach. Within walking distance to a dozen or more good restaurants.

    Yes. If you see this ocean front condo have open date. Just book and dont think twice. Bz of milions dollar view and love the fancy location. Way much better than all 5 stars resort near area. All great restaurants near by and I love la bruja chupadora restaurant the most. 3 br with 2 level condo . Can accommodate 6 to 8 ppl . Yes. Water is smell , that's normal in the area I think. Also they mention on airbnb that electricity is extra. I paid like 31 units for 11 dollars for one nite. Thanks for reading my review.

    My family and I had a wonderful time in Punta Cana, the host was excellent, quick response to all our needs and very accommodating, they even provide us with an extra air mattress to accommodate all of us. we had more than enough space Fantastic view from the place and a lot great restaurants and places to enjoy. Definitely will go again. Thank you Ana.

    Beautiful ocean front apt with beautiful views. So many food places close by and excursion places defly reccomend very peaceful. Host was great at communicating!

    GREAT views of beach, easy access & location for sure. apartment itself is equipped with the bare minimum when it comes to sheets, towels, blankets. if you need more, request in advance or bring your extras. @ one point we had an issue with the shower head not staying on but that was quickly fixed by the hosts there!

    I originally booked a 4 bedroom 4 bath condo in the same area and was relocated to this one last minute. Had I had a larger party, this would’ve been a huge inconvenience - however, this unit (3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom)was closer to the shore and our group wound up being small so it worked out. This unit was very well located (for reference , Coco Bongo is 10-15 minutes away) , clean, close to the shore, and the host was very responsive and hospitable. However the hot water did not work and the shower head / overall water pressure was pretty low quality.

    Where do I even start?:) From start to finish was absolutely amazing . We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks . From the day we checked in to the last minute check out hosts were great. Check In was so easy, Anya greeted us when we got in . Accommodated all transportation, called and texted thru the whole trip making sure we have everything needed. She helped us with every question we had, every trip we took , from snorkeling, parasailing to great day trips she got us covered. Even connected us with custom cake for my daughters 5th birthday . I travel at least 5-6 times a year for pleasure and most of the time we start at Airbnb . I can say hands down Anya was one of the best hostesses I have even stayed with. Customer service is 100% she went extra mile on everything Now as far as place itself Views, views , views !!!!!!! Get ready to have AMAZING view from every corner of your apartment . Absolutely stunning from sunrise to sundown . Water was great, building is literally on the sand. There were not much people this trip around so it felt like we had our own private beach. Apartment is great with simple but very comfortable layout . For sure we are coming back sometime soon Once again, thank you our hosts for great time .

    It's nice that they refill the water for and toiletry for you; if anything goes wrong he has a gem her name is Anna she helps with anything. Our daughter got sick on the trip they helped us with that part. Very good location.
