Oceanfront Apartment with Amazing View – Right on Bávaro Beach

Place was great! Our group of 6 had the best time! Place was clean and beautiful. You couldn't have asked for a better view it's right on the beach and amazing views of beach and sunrise. Very open and breezy. Loved it! I thought was best spot at beach you definitely wouldn't get this view and privacy at a resort. Vasiily and his team (Ceaser and May) were absolutely wonderful! They helped with everything from booking to transportation to excursion to where to eat. They were always available anytime I needed them and were so kind and professional. I would definitely stay here again when come back. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Die nahe gelegenen Strandlokale sind sehr zu empfehlen. Leider hatten wir am letzten Abend ein wenig Pech. Es lag wohl an einem Samstag. Die Musik war übermäßig laut, und der Bass dröhnte bis in alle Schlafzimmer bis kurz vor Mitternacht.  ansonsten stehen vor dem Haus eigene Sonnenschirme und liegen zur Verfügung. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre, dass diese leider erst sehr spät geöffnet werden.  wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Amazing home and amazing hosts, woke up to the beach every day and the house was very clean, no complaints. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodated for any of our concerns including excursions. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, full of light and extremely well located right on to the beach, in proximity to many restaurants. The huge balcony facing the ocean was its jewel-being able to sit there during the day was as good as being at the beach itself-simply amazing. Vasiliy was extremely professional and kind in his responses, and even helped arrange a crib and high chair for our 6 month old. We had several maintenance issues during our stay and all of them were solved by him and his team very quickly. One downside which was out of his hands was loud music from the beach bar under the bedrooms’ windows into the late night, in two of the five nights we were there. We would have handled it ok a few years back (and probably joined the party), but with a baby it led to a couple of rough nights. All in all, I can still highly recommend this apartment for future stays, mostly for younger groups of people or for those who don’t mind some noise and negligible issues.

The host was excellent, and respose time was quick. Nadia and her team are the very best in customer service. The niemborhood leading to the property is quant and upcoming, but roads are in rough and lack quality drainage. The road is lined with small shops, hotels, and apartments. Sidewalks are hit or mis. and have many trip hazards. Residents are very helpful and accommodating and appreciate visitors. Dalia's is the best restaurant in the area, hands down. The beach condo is in a niemborhood with a guard at the gate. The view and beach were incredible, and the place was as advertised. It had some minor cosmetic issues with all door hardware and light fixtures. The doors to the outdoor patio do not open properly and need to be replaced. From the time we arrived, the water to all sinks and showers had an extremely foul smell. The water quality needs monitoring and a water decontamination system added. An outdoor beach club on Fri and Sat had loud base music until 2am.

When in Punta Cana, this is the premier place to stay. Perfect location, accommodations, and host attentiveness. Only drawback is having to leave.

Everything was great.

We had a great stay, the view is just like the pictures. Good restaurants nearby and literally walking distance. A 5 gallon jug of filtered drinking water was available in the kitchen and was replaced when needed, which we thought was convenient. Also the water heater had an accessible electrical switch to turn off when not needed to conserve electricity, so our electric bill was minimal for our stay. We would stay here again

My family and I stayed at this beach house for 6 days and it’s one of our favorite beach houses we’ve ever rented! The views and proximity to the beach are unbeatable. We loved drinking our coffee and eating our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. So relaxing! This place also had enough kitchen utensils and supplies for cooking. We stayed here during a tropical storm and Vasiliy’s communication was exceptional. He is probably one, if not the best host, we’ve ever had. And I’ve booked quite a few places around the world. Vasiliy and his staff Nika took good care of us, brought us extra supplies and made sure we were safe during the storm. We’re so thankful you hosted us.

It was good overall. Cleanliness could have been better. We had some difficulties with the parking but it all worked out. The complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch.

Firstly got to thank Vasiliy, he is a terrific host, great communication, he at the end of the phone and immediate response 7 days a week. We asked for a couple of kitchen items and they with us in matter of hours. Location of this apartment is 5 stars right on the beach, next to a super little restaurant, L’Osteria where we had lunch on 3 occasions, yummy on all visits. Apartment comes with private sun beds which is very useful. The air conditioning is just ok, but as Vasiliy recommends just opening all doors and windows allows a wonderful breeze to blow through. The apartment interior is alittle tired but balcony and super view and it so close to beach makes for a great holiday. Also got to mention the apartment comes with a big drinking water tank which was replaced with new one half way through our holiday, lovely cold water. Just one moan the WiFi went down on last three days of hols, Vasiliy informed us whole building down which was a shame. Visit Citrus Fusion great restaurant.

This place has one of the most gorgeous views in Bavaro beach. We had a couple of issues with the AC and the porch but the host was always quick to respond and attend to the needs. Would consider this place again!

Beautiful place to stay , beautiful beaches beautiful views, try waking up early to catch the sun rise over the beach and maybe go for a morning swim in the clear waters???????????????? would definitely stay again and vadim was always responsive making sure we had everything we needed????????

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

What a fantastic stay. The home was beautiful. It is a little more dated than it appears in the pics, but still extremely gorgeous. There was not a pool on the patio like in the photo and at the time of our stay there were no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors. I will say that Nadia's house manager was very responsive to this concern and even offered to host us elsewhere. Once should be mindful not to have food sitting out at all, not even for a minute. Ants will invade very promptly. That is due to the local fauna. The patio has a beautiful view of Barvaro beach. The area is extremely safe and has manned/gunned protection. All the locals were extremely friendly and you are within close proximity to some excellent restaurants. Citrus was our favorite, but there are many more.

This place is amazing! The sunrise from the balcony is so beautiful!

This place is what dreams are made of. The sea breeze flowing through kept it cool with out using the AC. Watching the sunrise over the water each day was a perfect way to start the day. The layout was perfect and recommendations were so helpful for food markets and other items we needed.

Absolutely fabulous place! Right on the water and a fantastic small fresh restaurant literally next door.

Really great place. The views are just like in pictures or even better. Very responsive and helpful host. Having a property manager help with check in and check out was very helpful. Minor issues with sink and opening windows. Only thing I wish there was available was elevator. With family, we had lot of bags and it was difficult to take it to floor with about 35-40 stairs but otherwise everything else was great. Would definitely stay back at same place if we were to come again.

The view is amazing! It’s right on the beach. Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms + bathrooms. The balcony is huge. It’s on the 3th floor (bit of a challenge with heavy suitcases). The apartment is next to restaurants with loud music until midnight but I would definitely recommend this place! We had an amazing time with 6.

The place is literally right on the beach. Very walkable. Spacious. Close to everything restaurant right walking out.
