    The place is fantastic and the views from the balcony are amazing!! Perfect location right on the beach. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants, and a short uber drive to many others. The home was very clean and had all the necessities. Nadia was extremely responsive and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

    Vasiliy’s place was great, one of the best AirBNB experiences we’ve had. What really stood out was his responsiveness before and during our stay. He answered questions quickly and resolved any issues or concerns immediately. The location of the apartment couldn’t be beat, it was directly on the beach and everything needed was within easy walking distance. The check-in was easy and thorough. He was proactive enough to make us feel he was there if we needed home but wasn’t overbearing with his communication. The apartment was clean and well organized, it was stocked with the needed supplies, and had sufficient dining utensils to make cooking and eating a breeze. A few pieces of the furniture were beginning to show some wear but overall our surroundings were comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews the stairs would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues but we found the upper level provided a great view while giving better privacy. We’ll be back.

    I Absolutely enjoyed my stay wonderful view clean spacious apartment everything I needed was there . The Host was extremely helpful always attentive to our needs. I would definitely love to come back. It’s also walking distance from different restaurants and activities you can enjoy around. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming.

    The house is fantastic. Spacious and comfortable. A beautiful breeze flows into the house all day. The terrace has a front row view of the ocean. Everything you need is close by. Highly recommended !

    The apartment located in the perfect spot with shops and restaurants close by. The view is breathtaking, we spend hours in the valcony enjoyingthe breeze and the spectacular views. Vasiliy is a great host, gave us great tips about DR and he was always checking on us. I highly recommend this place.

    Our stay was quite pleasant until the Hurricane hit. However Nadia and her staffs really did everything possible with limited resources to make us comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

    La vista es espectacular, la terraza es muy cómoda y acogedora, desayunar y hacer bbq con vista al mar fue genial! Hubo comunicación todo el tiempo y muy amables. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está bien equipado Solo especificar que queda en una tercera planta estaría bueno por si hay huéspedes con limitaciones

    Love the property and location. Apartment is really nice and clean, the ocean view and breeze are fantastic. Lot’s of restaurants around at walking distance, communication with Vasiliy and his team was good, always available at any time. Will definitely come back.

    Perfect location with two great beach bars next door!! A lot of stairs to climb up but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view. We had an issue during our stay but Vasiliy and Serge went out of their way to try & make our stay comfortable. Even our dog enjoyed this spot!! Will definitely be returning back to this same place.

    5-Star Setting! 3-star apartment up four flights of stairs, which was no problem for us. Seamless check-in and check-out. Very clean and comfortable. Vasiliy and his staff are awesome, super responsive and helpful. Situated right on the beach , the view and the setting are breath-taking! I highly recommend this two-story apartment.     This was a truly incredible experience. The listing itself is very accurate, and the location can NOT be beat. You are LITERALLY on the beach. You don't need to wear shoes because that's how close you are to the beach. This place was perfect for a group of 6 people. You have your own balcony that overlooks the beach directly. Loungers, umbrellas were included. It was absolutely perfect. I can't emphasize how close you are to the beach here. Also communication with the team was extremely prompt/fast. Also the beach bar next door is fantastic, it takes a little long, but we weren't in any rush the whole weekend.

    We really enjoyed our week-long vacation at Vasiliy's condo on the beach. For the price per night, it would be hard to find a better location - you are DIRECTLY on the beach (and it's a gorgeous beach - soft sand, clear water, only a little seaweed, no bugs) and walking distance to a number of really great restaurants and bars. The condo offers a really significant amount of space which is nice for a large group wishing to spread out. The A/C was super, super powerful which was really nice to come home to. Communication was INCREDIBLE - we had 3 concierge contacts who responded immediately to every need we had and they were super helpful with making arrangements. Only downsides: hot water was a little tricky and the condo is on the third floor which means about 45 steps so maybe not ideal for people with walking issues. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning!

    Our family rented this AirBNB from Wed. Feb. 16 - Sun. Feb. 27, 2022 so we had a good long time there (12 days). We were traveling with our two daughters ages 24 and 26. If you have an opportunity to rent this place, DO IT! It was AMAZING! The photos are exactly how you will find the AirBNB. It was clean and spacious. The view and location could not be more perfect. The AirBNB is RIGHT on the beach. The water is clear and warm and the sand is sugary white. You just can't beat this place if you are a beach lover. Within a 5-8 minute walk there is every kind of restaurant you could want in the local downtown area. Citrus was our favorite downtown. Right next door to the AirBNB on the beach are two other great places to eat (Soles Beach Bar & another place next to that one - I can't remember the name). Great food and drinks. No need to rent a car. A big thank you to Vasiliy and Sergei for all their hospitality during our visit. They were very responsive (within minutes) for anything we needed or if we had any questions. Can't ask for anything more. This was our first trip to Punta Cana. We will definitely go back. A big shout out to all the locals who go out of their way to make visitors feel comfortable. Plenty of beach activities right at the beach right in front of the AirBNB too - very fun. Something for everyone. There is a local small grocery store nearby that stocks all the staples you will need during your stay so no need to bring alot of stuff with you. Linens, beach towels, beach lounges and palapas all supplied. If you like the beach you have not lived until you stay here. We have visited beaches all over the world and this one is second to none. Thanks Vasiliy and Sergei for a fantastic family vacation! We appreciate you!

    The price of the apartment is slightly higher compared with similar. But considering that is the best place in the entire Punto Cana (in my opinion) and probably the best apartment (including that is the most closest to the water on the entire beach), you would probably want exactly this place and this apartment. Plus to that - the host is exceptionally hospitable.
