Oceanfront Apartment with Amazing View – Right on Bávaro Beach

We had a amazing time the place is beautiful and the location is perfect. They helped us book our adventures, gave us tips on where to eat/drink and not to eat/drink plus arranged for two bottles of champagne with fruit to be there when we arrived as my wife and I are celebrating our anniversary. They also surprised us with a hour massage as a gift for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back

The property is located on paradise. Relaxing on the beach and near the beach on a chill side of the island is what this property is for. The host and his team are very responsive before and during your stay.

Feel like a millionaire staying In Vasiliy’s place. Spacious, Airy and the view is breathtaking everywhere you look. Everything was comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay again.

Great place! Finding the location is kind of confusing but besides that, all was well.

The apartment is dirty. The view from the balcony is the best part. It’s hard to find this place and parking is a challenge. The hosts are a management company that is trying but they seemed very busy. All told I give it 2 stars.

First off, Nadia's villa is in an incredible location. With a beach bar/restaurant not more than 30 yards away, several high priced resorts located 5 minutes walking on the beach, I cannot imagine a better location. And no need to rent a car. The structure is modern and aside from the plumbing, up to North American standards. Being just below the penthouse, there was a constant 30 mph wind flowing through the apartment and we never turned on air conditioning in the main room. But the AC was welcome in each of the 3 bedrooms and it worked well. Nadia's right hand gal, Anna, was great. She preferred to be contacted via Whatapp, and when we did, she usually responded within two minutes. Getting additional water, towels, wine opener, coffee maker, everything was promptly taken care of. Want to go out for dinner? Just a short 5-10 minute walk outside the security gate yields multiple Mexican restaurants, a pizza place, a gormet popsicle place, Kay's Korner, and an adequate grocery store. All take American dollars, although the popsicle place wanted exact change in USD. Being close to activities is another bonus. Many activities launched just 100 yards down the beach. No need to book on the Internet as a lower price can be had from the beach vendors. Feel free to negotiate with them. The breakfast offer was kind of a bust, as Anna knew nothing of the offer, we had to hunt for the breakfast place, only the owner of the breakfast place had knowledge of the offer, and we only received breakfast 1 day out of 6. We saw other people had vouchers for their breakfast and I suggest Nadia and Anna move to this system. Even with the breakfast snafu, I strongly recommend Nadia and the 3-bedroom apartment. A great time was had by all, Nadia and Anna are quality people who want you to have a great vacation, and when we come back to Punta Cana, we will stay there again.

This vacation was a dream and it wouldn’t be possible without this amazing place to stay. Right on the beach, by far the best one. A great Argentinian restaurant right next door, excursions right in front, and an amazing balcony that we enjoyed thoroughly. I plan to book at least once year, maybe more.

This place was amazing the views were just beautiful if or better yet when I return I’m definitely staying here again. The host was great and answered all questions no matter the hour of the day. I was provided with great deals and information on things to do during my stay. It met all of my expectations for a vacation all across the board !!!!!

I rented this apartment for my birthday and it was a great choice! I had an amazing time with my friends on this apartment located right infront of the beach . The hospitality was great, really quick responses before and even after leaving the place that we forgot something . Highly recommended!

Just amazing! It was my third time in Punta Cana and I chose to stay at Vasiliy's place again. As before, it was super clean and comfortable, I'd say impecable. The host is always available to answer any questions and help with where to go and what to do. He also helped me with transportation. Appreciate his hospitality.

What a magical view! This patio is absolutely dreamy and is the selling point for the house. While the pictures are mostly accurate, a beach home endures expected bruising thanks to the weather. However, the condo is clean, safe, comfortable, and a perfect home for large groups. We LOVE Tony from next door who can help you with excursions. He's a true gem (located to the right of condo if facing ocean). There are a couple of markets within walking distance, which makes the kitchen a true bonus. Be prepared for the view of a lifetime and a calm beach that makes the perfect spot for an afternoon snooze. We are so grateful to the natives of the Dominican Republic for sharing their impeccable land with us. Respect it while you are there and you'll be welcomed back. Te Amo, DR!

The best location And the best customer service. The assistant Anna helped us in everything we needed during our stay.

Vasiliy’s place was awesome. It was perfect for my bachelorette group of 7!! We were able to sleep and live comfortably for the 5 days we were there. Vasiliy was an awesome host as well. Always quick to respond to any issues we had and he also helped us with our excursions for 2 days. We booked our airport transfers and excursions through his company and everything went smooth. I was nervous about transportation out there but everything worked out great and we were able to walk to a bunch of restaurants nearby. Everything you need is walking distance from Vasiliy’s place.... restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, the beach, massages, etc. The only issue we had was the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms when we got there but Vasiliy sent his assistant very quickly to fix the problem. However, that particular room still didn’t get that cold. If you are used to very cold AC then please be open minded when staying here. The D.R. in general gets hot during the summer and their air conditioning and plumbing is very different than what we were used to. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others.

Right on the beach, which is what we wanted. Although you can sleep 8, the air mattress can accommodate 2 small people or children at most. Do not assume the sofa is a sofa bed like we did. Do not expect everything to look exactly as the pictures as time has passed since then. The price was right for us and will definitely use again. Very friendly staff and great communication.

This was my first time using Airbnb so I was a little uneasy but I’m so glad I did it! The apartment turned out to be just like the pictures absolutely amazing! The rooms were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the beach was the icing on the cake! You do pay for electricity but it’s inexpensive, we stayed 4 nights ( 3 couples) and our total was 41.00. Vasiliy was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had, he even setup our pickup from the Airport. Alex was also great he gave us tips on what to do and where to go. Everything about this place including the hosts get a perfect 10 from me!

This is a fabulous beachside condo with stunning views, identical to the pictures on Airbnb. The proximity to multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores and a fruit stand made staying locally without a car very reasonable. We requested airport pick up and drop off, and Vasiliy arranged this - we had fabulous chauffeurs and great door-to-door service. Generally speaking the area is relatively quiet and neighbors are respectful. We were there Monday through Friday, and only had an issue with noise Thursday night when a nearby resort was throwing a beach party that lasted until 10pm. Restaurants that we really enjoyed were Wacamole (Taco Tuesday!), Citrus (higher end, delicious seafood), and TOC on the beach - where we had great shrimp tacos. Joy popsicle has delicious popsicles made from local fruits - perfect for an afternoon snack, and I really enjoyed a massage that I got from Spa Natural Center - walking distance from the condo.

Incredible place, the pictures are amazing and still don’t do the location justice. Breezy and airy with the perfect balcony overlooking the ocean. Great service, very clean apartment, absolutely stunning views. Check in was easy and prompt and we will definitely be back again for a longer stay. Vasiliy and Alex were both very helpful, can’t recommend this place enough.
